About our speaker, Jennifer Radniecki:
A force in the construction industry, any who know Jen, already understand that she has spent most of her life breaking barriers in a traditionally male-dominated field. She is driven by a lifelong fascination with how things are built and backed by family roots in the trades, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University Mankato in 2012 and has risen to become a Senior Project Manager at McGough. She did all of this while becoming a mother and raising a beautiful young man- for which, as many of you already know, there is no certificate or degree!
Her leadership extends beyond the job site. Known for her integrity and relentless drive to give back, she serves as a board member for Hats & Mittens and acts as President of the McGough Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Committee. A fierce advocate for veterans, she has spent five years driving housing projects at Haven for Heroes and recently co-founded the inaugural Minnesota Military Family Day in partnership with the MN Viking and MN Wild teams. Inspired by her brother's 20-year Navy career, her service is deeply personal. Whether she is leading multi-million-dollar projects, recruiting community volunteers, or planning her next family travel adventure, she embodies what it means to build a successful career entirely on your own terms.
